MassBike Effective Cycling Classes in 1998

Effective Cycling(tm) is the national bicycle training program developed by the League of American Bicyclists. It teaches everything cyclists need to know to get around safely, quickly, and comfortably. Click here for a description of the course.

Road 1 Classes for Teens and Adults

  • June: 3 evenings, 5 pm to 8 pm, June 16, 17, and 23. (C298)
  • July: 2 Saturdays, 9 am to 3 pm, July 11 and 18. (C398)
  • August: 3 evenings, 5 pm to 8 pm, August 11, 12, and 18. (C498)
  • September: 1 weekend, 9 am to 3 pm, Sept. 12 and 13. (C598)
  • October: 1 weekend, 9 am to 2:30 pm, October 24 and 25. (C698)

    U.S. DOT Volpe Center Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA

    Fee:

    $60, $10 discount for students, unwaged, and members of MassBike, Charles River Wheelmen, Nashoba Valley Pedalers, North Shore Cyclists, Hostelling International/AYH, Mad About Cycling, Narragansett Bay Wheelmen, Seven Hills Wheelmen, Appalachian Mountain Club, or Bikes not Bombs.
