The Friends of Stony Brook Reservation (FOSB) is a group organized to support
the
Stony Brook Reservation, a state park run by the
Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR)
in Hyde Park and West Roxbury, Massachusetts. It contains
475 acres of scenic landscapes and a variety of recreational
facilities, including playing fields, a pool, and a skating rink.
There is an
online map of the park on the DCR web site.
Right now we're small, but we're working with the DCR and other local
advocacy groups to build awareness of this urban jewel of a park.
