After another long, but good, breakfast, I was once again just about the last
one to leave this morning. I rode by myself until the first rest stop, then
was just about the last o leave that, too. Fitchburg's Mare Meadow reservoir
provided a backdrop for group photos after a really fast downhill from
the center of Hubbardston. I finished with the same group around one, then
we went out for luch to the highly-recommended-by-locals SS Seafood, which was
conveniently on a good route out of town. I barely made it back to my 4pm
meeting after having a delicous lobster roll and exchanging email addresses
with new friends from all over the Northeast.
