Between Brookline Avenue and Netherlands Road, there are steps in the (unpaved) path. To bypass these steps, the old bridal path, which runs along the Riverway from the Brookline Ave. off-ramp all the way to Netherlands Road could be paved by the Boston Parks Department, just as the same bridal path was paved from Route 9 to Kelly Circle.
