In addition to hosting the HPV mailing list, this site has a plethora of
information about all forms of human powered, mechanized
transportation.

The Bike Current FAQ and (defunct?) mail list are/were devoted to the
discussion of issues concerning bicycles, electronics, and the combination
of those two disciplines. Issues such as lighting, communication, and even
generation of electricity via human power are all appropriate topics.
